WORLD HISTORY 7 – This is a full year course that covers World history from the Fall of Rome to the Advent of the modern world through the Renaissance. The class will also cover World Cultures, geography’s effects on creating the modern world.
 
HONORS WORLD HISTORY 7 — This class is available for students who identified as G.A.T.E. by the Brea Olinda Unified School District. In the Honors Medieval World History Program, students are challenged with rigorous content enrichment that emphasizes the evolution and connections of human societies and how the past has shaped our world today.
 
U.S. HISTORY 8 – This is a full year course that covers U.S. history from the American Revolution to the emergence of modern America (1920). Special emphasis is given to the creation of the Constitution, Western Expansion, and the Civil War.
 
HONORS AMERICAN HISTORY 8 — This class is available for students identified as G.A.T.E. by the Brea Olinda Unified School District. The Honors program will challenge students with rigorous content and will engage students to think about different themes in American History. Higher levels of thinking will be achieved through individual and group-based projects.
