Biography
Mrs. Humphrey was born in Alhambra, CA. She attended elementary school in Bellevue, WA, but attended Junior High and High School in Monrovia, CA. She attended Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA for 2 years and then transferred to Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. She received her Bachelors of Science, Teacher Training, and Masters of Science from BYU. She has 5 children and 13 grandchildren. All of her children have graduated with from college and are married.
