Beginning July 20, Brea Olinda Unified School District (BOUSD) will launch the annual Online Data Confirmation for the 2026-27 school year.
This process informs parents of their rights and responsibilities per California Education Code section 48980. The Online Data Confirmation also allows BOUSD parents/guardians to update student information through the Aeries Parent Portal, rather than completing and returning a traditional packet of student information paperwork to your school.
To complete the Online Data Confirmation process, simply login to your Aeries Parent Portal account. If you do not know how to access your Parent Portal Account, send an email to aerieshelp@bousd.us.
The Online Data Confirmation process must be completed for each student prior to the start of school on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
Please carefully read the following information:
For Parents/Guardians with Returning Students: Parents who already have an Aeries Parent Portal account, can simply go to the Aeries Parent Portal and login with your account credentials.
Click on the "Student Info" menu, and then select "Data Confirmation."
Follow the process to complete each form.
If you have more than one student, select "Change Student" from the menu to complete the process for each student.
For Parents/Guardians with New Students: If your student is new to the District and you have enrolled and submitted the required documents to your student's school, you should have received an email with information about creating your Aeries Parent Portal account. If you did not receive this email, please contact your school site.
Brea Olinda High School and Brea Junior High School are currently open. Elementary sites will reopen on August 3, 2026. View the summer hours here.
