Civic Engagement

 

BJH believes in empowering our students to give back to our community and develop in them the combination of knowledge, skills, values and motivation to make an impact. Our “Light The Night” campaign raised over $ for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society during the 2023 - 2024 school year.  BJH is celebrating our 24th year in helping HomeAid OC end homelessness in Orange County.  Every 8th grader wrote a letter to local businesses for donations, then we hosted a silent auction and raised $!  In addition, our National Junior Honor Society has raised over $ this year towards a wheelchair for a wounded military vet under The Independence Fund. Our BJH students are making a true difference in our community.
