Welcome to BJHS, Bobcats!!
About Me:
This is my fourth year teaching and my second year at BJHS. I am beyond excited to meet my new students and share the upcoming year with them. I look forward to working alongside parents/guardians to ensure that all of my students have an enjoyable and productive school year.
I graduated from the University of California Irvine with a bachelors degree in English and a masters degree in Teaching. My family has lived in Orange County for three generations and I was very fortunate to have grown up in Big Bear Lake. I believe that the skills associated with English Language Arts are crucial to being successful in the modern age and apply to nearly every profession. I look forward to working with your child to foster their reading comprehension, academic writing, critical thinking, creativity, communication, and socio-emotional skills.
